As long as a man stands in his own way, everything seems to be in his way.
-Ralph Waldo Emerson, American writer and philosopher (1803-1882)

Hi there Thanks for the invitation to your place Dec. 10th! I cannot attend but hope you have a super fun time with all who do! I'll bet the kitties will be spoiled rotten by all your guests! Cheers! Joan Hi JW! Sorry you won't be able to join us, Joan. Nevertheless, hope to see you here in The Okanagan at some point. Cheers, Patrizzio!
Hi Patrick, Thank you for including us among your large group of friends. We will certainly be there, but a little later. Looking forward to the fun. Peter
Hello dear Patrick, Sounds like lots of fun! We are getting back from Wpg. that week so will not be able to attend but always thinking of you. Love to you and Corinne, Love, Jean & John Hi Winnipeg Bound Jet-Setters! Of course I knew it was a very long-shot but one never knows! At any rate, take care of yourselves. Cheers, Patrizzio!
Patrizzio! Thank you so much for the invite. In an ideal world, I would naturally hop on a plane and join you but, alack! alas!, not this year. Besieged on all fronts with boring and baneful activities; $22K windows that weren't caulked and leak... likelihood of having to sell and move because I cannot get a mortgage...moving mother to a new place (because we have run out of cash for her present set-up... and so on. Hope the festivities will be splendid. Best to all and especial regards to Lady Dar! Deborah Hi Deborah! Sorry you won't be able to join us and doubly sorry to learn of the even more serious woes besetting you! Cannot believe, that after all you have been through, that the curve balls keep coming! Hope you can manage to find a way out of these last most difficult, trying, to say the least, soul-destroying circumstances. At any rate, please try to take care of yourself and hope to see you, one way or another, in the not too, too distant future. Fondestos and Cheers, Patrizzio!
Is our plane ticket in the mail!! Hi Soon-To-Be-Penticton Bound Jet-Setters! Of course you knew that the tickets will be an early Christmas present and are fedExing their way to you as I scribe! Take care of yourselves, until First Class tickets are delivered! Cheers, Patrizzio!
Patriçio, Para uno, I am in, for the Whisky (hopefully not Risky)
entrepreneurial adventure, just some clarificaçioné por favor. Are we
talking about the quick 3-year bottled 4x @$52, or are we considering
waiting 6 years. The idea of quality whiskey available
for my 71st birthday (or there about, is enticing, but what are the
additional “insurance and administrative” costs? Does this include life
insurance for the investor? Either way, assuming reasonable extended
aging costs, I am in. I will not insist on the
“Mick” conditions, although an official tasting glass would be great.
I assume I can have privileged access to your cabinet after the
requisite quantity of board feet of shelving installed. Also, a trip to
the distillery, in the Spring, probably prudently
including an overnight in a Motel 6 1/2, strikes me as a road trip.
Hello Overly Demanding Malt Investor! Even so, delighted to learn you are in! I think most people will want the 3.5 year version but we'll see. If you do make it to the Open House you can pass out on the covered patio and the cats will keep you warm! Liked the two wines you sent pictures of. I am a fan of Monastrell so will certainly look for it/them here in town. At any rate, take care of yourself and hope to see you, one way or another, if not at the Open House, then perhaps briefly, on our way through town, mid-December, en route to Tinsel Town for Christmas. Fondestos and Cheers, Patrizzio!
